Shipping

We ship New Zealand-wide using NZ Post Couriers or a freight carrier depending on item size.

Accessories ship with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Heaters are sent on pallets via tail-lift truck. Cabins on Hiab truck.
Pick-ups from Christchurch can be arranged by appointment.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unmarked items in original condition.
To start a return, contact us.

Return postage is at the sender’s cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

Terms of Sale

All prices are in NZ Dollars and include GST where applicable.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we never store card details on this site.
Products remain the property of Canterbury Saunas until paid in full.
