Custom Home Sauna Builds

A built-in home sauna is fast becoming the must-have wellness feature for New Zealand homes.

We work alongside a trusted team of local master builders to deliver luxury indoor saunas that meet the NZ Building Code and reflect the same craftsmanship as our outdoor cabins. Our focus isn’t on cutting corners or chasing the lowest price — it’s on building healthy, lasting saunas that are done right.

We can collaborate with clients who already have building consent and plans in place, or start from scratch with our recommended architect. Together we can guide your sauna project through design, consent, and construction.

Process & Costs

We can provide an initial estimate based on room dimensions from an initial enquiry.

  • If building consent is required
Architect design and consent submission — from $250 per hour, plus any applicable council fees.

  • If consent is already in place or not required
Builder and sauna advisor site visit — $450 (refunded if we proceed with the build).

Lead time: approximately - Up to fourteen weeks dependent on our builders existing schedule.

Room and heater plans will be produced and a detailed quote provided at this stage.
