Sauna Oil Selection or Smoke Oil
Extra special aroma, with this selection of 5 sauna oils.
Essential oils added to the water and splashed onto the hot rocks, have a pleasant soothing sensation. Add approximately 5 -10 drops of an oil per liter of water, then splash onto the sauna rocks for an uplifting experience.
***Oils are to be diluted with water and must not be applied directly to rocks***

Eucalyptus – Eucalyptus essential oil helps in clearing the sinuses and relieves congestion.
Pine – Bring the forest in the sauna by splashing the rocks with a solution of essential oil infused water.
Birch – The traditional scent of choice often used in saunas of Finland. Its freshly sharp and minty smell brings to mind a vintage liniment smell.
Cypress – Cypress is most helpful for spasmodic coughs and bronchitis. Using the oil in the sauna with assist with opening airways and easing spasms.
Peppermint – A scent that can go a long way in improving alertness as well as helping with aches and pains.

Smoke Oil 50ml or 100ml
We’ve sourced a good supply of 100% organic Birch Tar oil and had it blended with other pure sauna oils. This magnificent aroma evokes memories of traditional smoke sauna, found in Nordic countries. A time before modern sauna rooms or heaters, spaces with open fires burning logs to heat stones and warm the room. Users would have experienced a strong smoky, medicinal smell in these sauna, from the birch logs that had excreted tar from it’s bark. It is still possible to visit working smoke saunas in Estonia.
Our Secret Smoke Sauna oil is a special blend of 4 sauna oils and Birch Tar oil (Betula alba). It is supplied in a single 50ml dropper bottle or 100ml bottle.
Add the oil to the water in the sauna bucket and splash on the stones, we recommend approximately 5 – 10 drops per liter of water as this is a concentrated oil. Do not apply this oil directly to the stones as this is dangerous and may cause injury.
Shake bottle before dropping oil out as contents may separate.
